Fall Head Coaches 2026-2027
Make sure you get your physical so you're ready for tryouts. If you miss the tryout, you will not be permitted to try out. Tryouts will begin on the first school day.
All physicals must be on a DIAA form and dated on or after April 1, 2026. Physicals must be submitted directly to our athletic trainer, Jaycie Kerrick, at jaycie.kerrick@wsd.k12.de.us.
Please do not give physicals to coaches to avoid any risk of them being misplaced.

Sports Physical 2026/2027 School Year
Before a student-athlete is allowed to participate in any school sport, they must have a completed DIAA Physical Form turned in to the school nurse or athletic director prior to the start of the season. Without a completed physical packet, a student-athlete will not be allowed to try out, practice, scrimmage, or play in any games/contests. There are no exceptions to this rule. Physicals MUST be done on or after April 1, 2026, and will be good for the entire 2026/2027 school year.
All pages of this packet are necessary and must be filled out by the student-athletes parent/guardian and their physician. Your student-athlete can also have their physical done through the Woodbridge Wellness Center. In order to have their physical done through the Wellness Center, your student-athlete must have a completed School-Based Wellness Center Parent/Student Consent For Services form and also a completed Wellness Center Registration & Health History form. Please call 302-232-3372 to call and schedule an appointment for a physical with the Wellness Center.

Transportation will be provided to practices that are held at Woodbridge HS. Student-athletes should be picked up from their practice or game site on time (within 10 minutes after practice or games.
